Abstract

Technology Information is continues develop and progress rapidly over the time, as well as the potential for widespread utilization, opportunities for access, management, and utilization of information in large volumes, fast and accurate. Nowadays the processing of staffs regarding information at Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Kupang have been doing with computerized, it means that the employment’s data has been in a computer program Microsoft Office Excel, but the application is still less than optimal. Therefore, to facilitate processing and search personnel data itneed a system that is faster, more precise and accurate, which can be useful for the citizens and staffs to know the data and information that exist within the Office. Because of the difficulty of finding information for staffsin DISPENDA Kupang, waste the energy in seeking information about staffing is too long to be known and the limited time search, it is a problem that must be resolve. The solution is created an information system that could be facilitate the service in the processing and search personnel data, so the results can be more precise and accurate. Development of staff’s data processing system is using waterfall method and the programming language used is Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 in the editor Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the database. The results obtained from this study is the system able toassessment DISPENDA Kupang in processing data and produce report (output) employment data faster and more accurate.
