Abstract

Existing learning systems in schools in general are strictly limiting the use of the room, study time as well as face-to-face between students and teachers so that at the time the teacher out of the classroom when the learning process ends. This causes the students cannot learn effectively as well as the learning process is becoming less conducive. Existing learning media in this case is less accounting learning gives students the freedom to interact and explore. This research aims to create a multimedia-based learning media, with material on the anatomy of the human body to elementary school children using Macromedia Flash 8 application so, can give an introduction of interactive multimedia as well as the interest of the students learning and changing teaching and learning so as to achieve maximum results. Macromedia Flash 8 is one of the popular programs in animation creation, both for the purposes of web, percentage, games, or otherwise. The methods used in the making of this application was multimedia development methodology which consists of 5 stages: concept, design, materials, assembly, collecting and testing. Based on the testing that has been done on 30 respondents consisting of 10 teachers and 20 students obtained the results, the respondents really liked this application because it can help the process of teaching and learning in the classroom, as well as the material contained in these learning media is appropriate.
