Abstract
Study of secondary metabolites in Apis cerana and Apis dorsata from Amfoang, Kupang Regency has been carried out to determine compounds that have the potential to act as anti-covid-19. The method used is Phytochemical test and literature study. Phytochemical tests were carried out to analyze the secondary metabolite compounds, while the literature study was to examine the compounds identified in the phytochemical test results, which have potential as anti-covid-19 ingredients. The results showed that both types of positive samples contained alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins and steroids. Based on the literature review of the identified compounds, information was obtained that the compounds classified as potential anticovid-19 ingredients were quercetin, myricetin, hesperidin and kaempferol.
