Abstract

The main problem in this research is how the results of implementation of cooperative learning model Student Team Achievement Division of Newton laws subject matter in class XB odd semester at SMAN 2 Kupang in the academic Year 2015/2016? Specifically the problem in this research is: 1). How the teacher ability to manage learning the subject matter of Newton Laws by applying the model type STAD cooperative learning on the learner class SMAN 2 Kupang on odd semester of academic year 2015/2016? 2). How cooperative skills of the learner class SMAN 2 Kupang on odd semester of academic year 2015/2016 in learning the subject matter of Newton Laws by applying cooperative learning model type STAD? 3). How completenness indicators of student learning outcomes class XB SMAN 2 Kupang on odd semester academic year 2015/2016 the subject matter of Newton Laws by applying cooperative learning model type STAD? 4). How the thoroughness the study of students class XB SMAN 2 Kupang on odd semester of academic year 2015/2016 the subject matter of Newton Laws by applying cooperative learning model type STAD? 5). How the response of learners class XB SMAN 2 Kupang on odd semester of academic year 2015/2016 to learning activities subject matter of Newton Laws by applying cooperative learning model type STAD? The main goal of this research is to describe the results of implementation of cooperative learning model type STAD subject matter of Newton Laws to learner class XB SMAN 2 Kupang on odd semester of academic year 2015/2016. Specifically, the purpose of this research can be formulated as folllows: 1). Describe the ability of teachers to manage learning the subject matter of Newton Laws by applying the model type STAD cooperative learning on the learner class XB SMAN 2 Kupang odd semester of academic Year 2015/2016. 2). Describe the cooperative skills of the students class XB SMAN 2 Kupang on odd semester of academic year 2015/2016 in learning the subject matter of Newton Laws by applying the model type STAD cooperative. 3). Describe the completeness indicator learning outcomes of students class XB SMAN 2 Kupang on odd semseter of academic year 2015/2016 the subject matter of Laws of Newton by applying cooperative learning model type STAD. 4). Describe mastery learning outcomes of students class XB SMAN 2 Kupang on odd semseter of academic year 2015/2016 the subject matter of Laws of Newton by applying cooperative learning model type STAD. 5). Describe the respons of students class XB SMAN 2 Kupang on odd semseter of academic year 2015/2016 on learning activities subject matter of Newton Laws by applying cooperative learning model type STAD. This type of research is descriptive. Subjects in this study were teachers and students of class XB SMAN 2 Kupang academic year 2015/2016 totaling 30 people. Techniques used to collect data in this research is observation, test and questionnaires. Learning device used is the Syllabus, Learning Implemebtation Plan, Subject of Students, Worksheet Students, Sheet Discussion of Students, Gratings and Test Results Learning. Instrumens used in this study was Observation Sheet Management Learning cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Division. achievement test and the response of the sheet students. This research data analyisis technique is descriptive analysis by calculating average values, precentages and proportion. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis af research data to say that the application of cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Division is optimal for the subject matter of the Law of Newton on the learner class XB SMAN 2 Kupang totaling 30 people. Detailed as follows: the ability of the teacher to manage the learning activities by implementing Student Team Achievement Division cooperative learning model that includes: instruction planning, implementation and evaluation of learning is included in both categories. Cooperative skills students include: being in a task, take a turn and share tasks, pasticipation motivation ask and answer, actively litening to all that are in the average range ideal evectivity set. Learning Outcomes Indicators prepared everything thoroughly. Physics learning outcomes of students in general completed. The respons of students to the implementation of learning bay applying cooperative learning model type Student Team Achievement Division was in the excellent category. Advice that can be given include: 1). Teacher must be master models, strategies and appropriate methods so that the learning process can be run properly and generate enthusiasm for learning as well as activeness all students. 2). Student Team Achievement Division type of cooperative learning model is very good and optimal in learning science, therefore it is advisable that teachers can apply physics in learning to get good learning results in the subject matter appropriate. 3). In applying a model or strategy of learning, teachers must pay attention to time management in the implementation of learning so that all students can thrive activities and run well. 4.) in applying a model or strategy of learning, the teacher must adapt to the characteristics of the material to be taught
