Abstract

Basically, the basic ability to play the rekorder musical instrument is very important and must be possessed by every student - student including students of the one roof junior high school in woloara. the Students need to be provided with the provisions and skills to play the rekorder instrument with basic techniques, in order to be able to play the rekorder instrument. This study aims to find out the efforts that can be made to introduce the basic techniques of playing the rekorder musical instrument, with the Yamko Rambe Yamko song model using the imitation and drill method for students of SMPN 1 Atap Woloara Class VIII, Kelimutu Ende District.this research is qualitative, namely research whose data is expressed in the form of words and images. The data collection techniques used by the researcher are library research and field studies. Literature study in the form of data and theory related to exsting problems from various other library soucrces. While the field study is in the dorm of observation, intherviews and documentation. The result of this study indicate that efforts to introduce the basic teachniques of playing a recorder musical instrument can be carried out in three stage for the core stge and the final stage. At the preparation stage the researcher recruits members of the recorder music interest consisting of five students from cllas VIII. At the core stage researcher conducted research for ten meetings which explained the basic teachiniques of palying a recorder. Which will be staged and in the last stage is the performance of the results of the recorder’s musical instrument game. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the learning process in an effort to introduce the basic teachniques of playing recorder musical instruments can be carried out well by students.
