Abstract

Maternity principal village is a public health facilities to provide delivery assistance. However, they are only be initiated in the vilage who has had a midwife. Daring the process of data collection and mapping the locations of the vilage health clinic in the depertment of health still do it manualy, by using an analog map, so the information that is provided to the user is not efficient. Proposing to improve the process of data collection and mappingg the location Polindes is to bvild a digital map of the layout of the village health clinic locations in order to improve the performance of the old system is running. Making this digital map, using a waterfall methodology and system testing using black box methods, process digital using google earth and the database is stored in the from of KML, after it, upload to google maps. The expected results, may facilitate health authorities in providing information on data collecttion and mapping the location of each polindes to the relevant agencies that need and help the community in the search process direatly Polindes location using google maps.
