Abstract

The mobile phone is a gadget that almost everyone has and also in fact there are people who have more than one service of mobile phone, but overtime the mobile phone can also damage certain. Users ignorance often cause tricked or deceived by the mobile phone technicians. Detection damage problem of the mobile phone damage using fuzzy logic to detect damage phone. In the research, the fuzzy logic method used is build a application fuzzy expert system is mamdani while the programming language used is PHP with a MySQL database to build a application fuzzy expert system. This fuzzy expert system application can help the users to determine damage the mobile phone based on inputs touchscreen, mic of telephone and LCD.
