Abstract
The use of manual systems in data processing can reduce the quality and the quality of the pharmacy. Because the information needed is not effective and efficient, in addition to the time and effort it takes more and more. While the volume of drug inventory pretty much, has caused various problems of day-to-day services, especially in dealing with drug inventory data. Pharmacy is one of the health centers, which provide the necessary prescription drugs in helping people realize the achievement of health. The ease, speed and satisfaction of the people who need health care becomes very important in attempting to benefit. It is therefore necessary to design applications that provide fast and precise The method used in building this system is the waterfall method is a method of system development which includes system analysis, system design and system implementation. This application was built using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as its database. The results of the development of the system obtained medication data collection applications in a health clinic pharmacies General Hospital Soe.
