Abstract

Farmers Group Association (GAPOKTAN) will carry out the final of the Rural Enterprise Development Program (PUAP). In the implementation of the ranking by the assessment of laboratory team in the institute of assessment agricultural technology NTT has been less precise (objective), because it is done manually. In this case, the assessment team visited GAPOKTAN group to assess the performance of GAPOKTAN, then adjusted to the technical instructions for calculating ministerial ranking so that the assessment team requires considerable time. Decision Support System into an alternative that is used to support decisionmaking determination of ranking GAPOKTAN by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a method used to solve complex and unstructured problems into groups in hierarchy, then enter a numeric value. Software development using PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. This decision support system can help the assessment team to assesses each GAPOKTAN. It is useful to facilitate the decision makers determining ranking of GAPOKTAN across the province.
