Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social interaction and interest to the achievement of mathematics learning of SMP. This is quantitative research with multiple regression analysis techniques. Population in is study is all student of class VII SMP ADVENT NUSRA and the sample randpm sampling where 26 student sampled. Questionnaires and mathematics learning achivement test were used to colled the data. Data analysis is done by using SPSS 22.0 Windows program. The output, based on the test shows that social interaction and interest influence mathematics learning. On multiple regression analysis, social interaction and interest have influence on mathematics learning achievement and obtained regression equation Y = -86,707 + 0,246X1 + 0,270X2 and Fhitung = 24,159 > 1,149 = Ftabel. Then reject Ho, Meaning that social interaction and interest influence the achivement of learning mathematics of student Smp ADVENT NUSRA academic year 2018//2019. Based on the output, the F test 0f social interaction and interest has an influence on mathematics learning achievement and t test, social interaction and interest also have an influence on mathematics learning achivement. Based on the result of the research, the recearcher concludes that there is partially significant influence from the social interaction toward the achievement of mathematics learning of SMP ADVENT NUSRA academic year 2018/2019,there is partially significant influence from the interest to mathematics learning simultaneos significact influence of social interaction and interest towards mathematics learning achievement of student of SMP ADVENT NUSRA academic year 2018/2019.
