Abstract

Research entitled "Analysis of the Influence of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at Puskesmas Alak in Kupang City" registration number 8112211014MM, under the guidance of Dr.Stanis Man, SE, M. Sc and Daniel Taolin, SE, M. Si. In activities at Puskesmas Alak Kupang City, it is still faced with various problems, especially in fulfilling Puskesmas Accreditation regulations and namely coming to work not on time, lack of concentration at work, and often underestimating small jobs resulting in a backlog of tasks. Based on the background, the research problem can be formulated as follows: 1. How are the respondents' perceptions of organizational culture, work environment, work motivation and employee performance at Puskesmas Alak in Kupang City? 2. Do organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on employee motivation at Puskesmas Alak in Kupang City? 3. Does organizational culture and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at Puskesmas Alak in Kupang City? 4. Does work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at Puskesmas Alak in Kupang City? 5. Does motivation mediate the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at Puskesmas Alak in Kupang City? All of population sample are 113 and used random sampling technique there was 88 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (PLS). The results of the descriptive analysis show that organizational culture, work environment, employee motivation and employee performance are in the very good category. The results of the inferential analysis show that the t-test value of organizational culture on work motivation is 0.627, work environment is 3.351, organizational culture is 1.296 on employee performance, work environment is 2.542, work motivation is 3.661, work motivation is not able to mediate organizational culture and employee performance of 0.630, work motivation is able to mediate the work environment and employee performance of 2.332. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested for the leadership of Puskesmas Alak and the Health Office to continue to socialize organizational culture, make variations to increase work motivation and carry out renovations to Puskesmas Alak to improve service facilities and to fulfill all the needs of patients and improve employee performance.
