Abstract

Student achievement can be achieved with the discipline of learning to which every siswa.Disiplin learning is an attitude, behavior and actions to perform learning activities that correspond to the decisions, regulations and norms that have been established with both the written approval or not in writing between students and teachers in schools and by parents at home. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect the discipline of learning the subject of mathematics achievement in grade VII set SMPK Sta. Maria Assumpta Kupang academic year 2015/2016. This type of research is quantitative research and analysis used is simple regression analysis in SPSS 16 for windows. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and learning achievement test. The results of simple regression analysis significant test variables X and Y at the output of SPSS 16 for windows, the value of F = 16,170 > F table = 4.30, then reject H0. This means that there is a significant influence on the discipline of learning on the subject of mathematics achievement in grade VII set SMPK Sta. Maria Assumpta Kupang academic year 2015/2016. Based on the results of the study suggested that teachers should cultivate a discipline of study within each student in an effort to be able to increase their academic achievement.
