Abstract

This research is motivated by the occurrence of a global pandemic, namely the Covid-19 pandemic, which has caused economic instability in society, especially MSME actors, who feel a direct impact in the form of a decrease in buyers which results in a decrease in sales turnover due to the government's appeal for social restrictions to the public to stay at home. So that many MSMEs have to stop temporarily. Therefore it is necessary to have a strategy to maintain and increase sales. This study aims to find out how the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the Oepoi Culinary Tourism UMKM are described and to find out the strategies carried out by the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the Oepoi Culinary Tourism UMKM in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. The types of data used in this study are Primary Data and Secondary Data. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that several strategies were carried out by MSME actors in Oepoi culinary tourism, including Ecommerce, Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) strategies. Where these three strategies are very influential for MSMEs in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic.
