Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Number PER.04/MEN/III/2007 concerning Guidelines for Public Services within the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration; In this Ministerial Regulation, what is meant by: Work Training Center, hereinafter abbreviated as. BLK, is a place where the process of job training is held for trainees so that they are able and master a certain type and level of work competency to equip themselves to enter the job market and/or independent business as well as a place for training to increase their work productivity so as to improve their welfare. In Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National education system in article 13 paragraph 1 it is stated that the educational path consists of formal, non-formal and informal education which can complement and enrich each other. For this education center is part of non-formal education and has the following functions; Non-formal education functions to develop the potential of students with an emphasis on mastery of functional knowledge and skills as well as the development of professional attitudes and personality.
