Abstract
Title of the thesis profile of social ethics of class XII students TKRO (B) St. Catholic Vocational School. Yosef Nenuk and its implications for social guidance programs. Formulation of the problem 1) What is the profile of the social ethics of students in class XII TKRO (B) St. Catholic Vocational School. Yosef Nenuk 2022/2023 school year? 2) What are the implications of the profile of social ethics for students of class XII TKRO (B) St. Catholic Vocational School. Yosef Nenuk for the 2022/2023 academic year, for the social guidance program?. The purpose of this study was to find out, 1) Profile of social ethics of students of class XII TKRO (B) St. Catholic Vocational School. Yosef Nenuk for the 2022/2023 school year. 2) The implications of the social ethics profile of class XII TKRO (B) St. Catholic Vocational Schools. Yosef Nenuk for the 2022/2023 academic year, for social guidance. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a data collection tool in the form of a social ethics questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the central tendency analysis. The results of the research data analysis showed that the average score of students' social ethics was 147.32. This score was in the range of 147-180, including the very good category. The results of the analysis of each aspect are as follows. the average honesty score of 46 is between the range of scores 39-50 including the good category. It can be concluded that students of class XII TKRO (B) SMK St. Yosef Nenuk Atambua for the 2022/2023 academic year, understands the ethics of good association at school seen from respect, empathy, and honesty. Based on the results of the research, the researcher gave suggestions to a) school principals; It is hoped that further collaboration with counseling guidance teachers can be carried out so that social guidance can be carried out properly to improve good social ethics in students. b) teacher guidance and counseling; expected to be able to design and develop social guidance programs that suit the needs of students to maintain good student social ethics at school. c) Subject teachers; is expected to support the implementation of social guidance programs carried out by guidance and counseling teachers so that they run well so that they can help students apply good social ethics at school. d) Students; expected to be able to participate and be actively involved in the implementation of social guidance programs organized by guidance and counseling teachers in schools, so as to improve social ethics in schools.
