Abstract

This research was written by Guruh Sang Dwibakti Killa (31115058) Development Economics Study Program under the guidance of Supervisor I Mrs. Emiliana Martuti Lawalu, SE, ME and Supervisor II Mr. Adrianus Ketmoen, SE, MM with the research title "Analysis of the Use of LinkAja as a Non-Payment Instrument Cash in Kupang City”. The purposes of this study are 1.To determine the significant influence of LinkAja in meeting the needs of the community which consists of Speed, Ease and Security on the partial use of LinkAja, 2. To determine the significant effect of LinkAja in meeting the needs of the community consisting of Speed, Ease and Security on the use of LinkAja partially. This study uses quantitative data, the type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanation expressed in numbers or in the form of numbers. The source of the data used in this research is primary data, which is data that is processed by an organization or individual directly from the object. Primary data from this study were obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents and respondents' responses. The analysis technique in this study uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SSPS) 20 and is analyzed using regression models and inferential statistics with five tests, namely 1) Data Quality Test 2) Classical Assumption Test 3) Multiple Linear Regression Analysis 4) Statistical Test 5) Coefficient of Determination Analysis (R2). The results obtained: Speed, Ease and Security simultaneously affect the use of LinkAja in Kupang City. Speed, partially has a positive and significant effect on the use of LinkAja in Kupang City, Ease, partially has a positive and significant effect on the use of LinkAja in Kupang City, and Security partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the use of LinkAja in Kupang City. With the Result of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) of 0.707 or 70.7% which together Speed, Ease and Security contribute to the use of LinkAja by 70.7%. While the rest of 0.293 or 29.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. With the results of this study suggested to the PT. LinkAja Cellular Telecommunications makes it easier to provide merchants that serve the use of LinkAja electronic money, so that people can switch to using non-cash transactions.
