Abstract

This study aims to (1) to determine the need for parking index in each business unit (2) to find out solutions for vehicles parked on the road ( on street parking). The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The results of the study are 6 business units on the Piet A Tallo road section from Borneo Bakery STA - Liliba Gas Station STA, namely the data that calculates the parking index are motorbikes and cars for each business unit Borneo Bakery, Building Shop, Food Stall 1, Warung Meals 2, Pool cafes and Karoeke places (x2) do not meet the parking space unit (SRP) because they do not meet 100% which causes vehicles to park on the street (on street parking)While the need for parking space based on the classification of parking space needs and data parking space units that fulfill are 5 business units Borneo Bakeries, Building Shops, 1 food stalls, pool cafes and X2 karoeke places while those that do not fulfill are 2 food stalls where SRP 118 and and the building area is 184 so that food stalls 2 are not allowed to park cars and motorcycles.
