Abstract

Recruitment of employees is important and has a major influence on finding superior prospective employees so that the company can achieve its predetermined vision and mission. The employee recruitment process must be considered carefully if it will not affect the decline in employee performance, therefore employee recruitment must be carried out correctly and precisely. This research was created to conduct a selection of new employee recruitment, a decision support system was created to select employees who deserved to be accepted at Yapenkar using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the criteria used in this study were administrative tests, competency tests, psycho tests, transition tests and interview test. The test results from the application of the AHP method in the system and manual testing have the same calculation results. And stated that from the functional testing the system was running quite well and was useful for prospective new employees and Yapenkar could assist in making a decision to accept new employees. By using this system, Yapenkar can speed up the selection process, reduce costs, and increase accuracy in decision making, which results in online calculations and displays ranking results from the selection of new prospective employees, which will be displayed on the SPK WEB page which can help Yapenkar in obtain quality employees and according to the needs of Yapenkar.
