Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with academic services at the Widya Mandira Kupang Catholic University Computer Science Study Program using the C4.5 Algorithm method. There are five aspects that are seen in assessing the level of satisfaction, namely tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy. At the Widya Mandira Kupang Catholic University Computer Science Study Program, the five aspects have not been measured with certainty so that the Widya Mandira Kupang Catholic University Computer Science Study Program finds it difficult to determine which aspects should be improved. Using the C4.5 algorithm method, the author tries to measure the five aspects, so that a decision tree is formed. After the calculation is done manually, the proof is also done using the application, Weka. From the analysis process, it can be seen that the empathy aspect is the most dominant aspect in determining the level of student satisfaction in the Computer Science Study Program at Widya Mandira Kupang Catholic University.
