Abstract
As stipulated in article 53 of the Higher Education Law, the Higher Education SPM consists of an internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and an External Quality Assurance System (SPME) or accreditation. Widya Mandira Catholic University (UNWIRA) implements SPMI as stipulated by Dikti. The e-SPMI application that has been running at Unwira for approximately 1 year still has many shortcomings, namely delays in entering e-SPMI, users only use the e-SPMI application when assigned even though a lot can be taken in e-SPMI because it talks about quality and around 40-50% do not fill in e-SPMI. The purpose of this research is to produce a user perception to be used as a reference in contributing to the development of the e-SPMI application at UNWIRA. The method used in this research is UEQ (user experience questionnaire). Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that was circulated online and received 23 respondents from 50 target users. The questionnaire that was distributed consisted of six groups of questions, namely Attractiveness, Efficiency, Perspicuity, Dependability, Stimulation, Novelty arranged on a Likert scale of 1 to 7 to obtain relatively broad answers. The results obtained from 6 scales, namely attractiveness with a value of -0.02, clarity with a value of -0.09, efficiency with a value of 0.00, accuracy -0.02, stimulation with a value of 0.00, novelty with a value of -0.21 all obtained a Bad / Bad position.
