Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the literacy and numeracy skills of students through the implementation of campus teaching activity programs. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The instruments used are pretest-posttest through Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) test activities. The sample used was class VIII students totaling 22 students. The results showed that the literacy and numeracy skills of students at SMP Negeri 3 Kupang Tengah increased but were in the Very Less and Low categories. This is evidenced by the average score percentage of pretest-posttes and N-gain literacy and numeracy of students respectively ≤ 54% and g < 0.3. The factors that cause the increase in test results are still in the very less and low category, namely factors of socioeconomic status of parents, facilities, technology, and mental learning of students.
