Abstract

Lorotolus Village is a village located in Malacca Regency and directly borders South Central Timor Regency. Currently the village government does not yet have systemized regional mapping information. To overcome existing problems, a web-based geographic information system is needed that can provide regional mapping information. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall model which consists of 5 stages, namely analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The result of this research is a web-based geographic information system that is capable of managing and storing data well, facilitating the process of searching for data that has been stored in a database and providing output results in the form of a regional mapping website.
