Abstract
This research was written by Angelia Trisnawati Veno (31120019). Development Economics Study Program under the Guidance of Supervisor 1 Mrs. Dr. M.E Perseveranda, SE, M.Si and Supervisor 2 Mrs. Enike Tje Yustin Dima, SE, M.E with the research title "Comparative Analysis of Two-Wheeled Online Transport Driver Income for Grab and Maxim in Kupang City". The aim of this research is to understand the picture of drivers' income and the factors that influence the income of two-wheeled online transportation drivers on Grab and Maxim in Kupang City and to analyze in depth the difference in income earned by two-wheeled online transportation drivers between Grab and Maxim. This research uses quantitative research. The data source used is primary data. The location of this research is Kupang City. The population in this research is Grab Drivers and Maxim Drivers in Kupang City. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique (intentionally) by taking 50 drivers consisting of 25 Grab drivers and 25 Maxim drivers. The results of this research show that: there is a significant difference in income between Grab and Maxim drivers, with Grab drivers tending to earn more. This is indicated by the average difference which is positive and statistically significant. With confidence intervals that do not include zero, you can be more confident that these differences are real and not the result of sample variability. Drivers are advised to manage their working hours effectively, taking into account peak hours and strategic locations that have high demand. This can help increase the number of orders so that income increases.
