Abstract

Indah Futsal, as a futsal field service provider, faces challenges in the administration of field management and bookings which are still done manually. This manual system is prone to data corruption, data loss, difficulty in making reports, and inefficiency in customer service. This study aims to design and build a web-based futsal field administration and booking system to improve management efficiency, data security, and customer convenience. This system is equipped with a real-time notification feature via email, as well as a feedback system to assess services. System development is carried out using a waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Based on the results of the study, this system has been proven to be able to improve administrative efficiency, maintain data security, and provide easy access for customers. Suggestions for further development include the development of mobile applications, Live Chat features, and interface improvements (UI/UX) for a more optimal experience. With this system, Indah Futsal services are expected to be more responsive, interactive, and meet customer needs effectively.
