Abstract

Toko Gong Kreatif is a store located in Ruteng City, Manggarai Regency that sells novels, textbooks, office stationery, printers, barcode scanners, staplers, deposit boxes and other office equipment. The main problem faced is the limited accessibility and lack of an adequate platform for online transactions. To overcome this problem, this research aims to design and build an Android-based mobile commerce application that can facilitate the buying and selling process efficiently and effectively. Therefore, this research will develop a mobile commerce application that provides features such as a product catalog, image search, ordering, shipping, and a secure payment system. This research uses the waterfall method, which includes needs analysis, design, development, and application testing. Tools used in application development include Android Studio for programming. With this mobile commerce application, Toko Gong Kreatif can increase its sales and expand its market reach, as well as provide a better shopping experience for consumers. This research is expected to be a reference for technology-based business development in other areas.
