Abstract
Thesis title: Bullying Behavior Profile and Implications for Information Services of Class VII E Students at State Junior High School 11 Kupang City Academic Year 2024/2025 The objectives to be achieved from this study are to find out: 1) Profile of bullying behavior of class VII E students of State Junior High School 11 Kupang City academic year 2024/2025. 2) Implications of information services for the profile of bullying behavior of class VII E students at State Junior High School 11 Kupang City academic year 2024/2025. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the research sample is all class VII-E students as many as 32 people. The data collection technique uses a bullying behavior questionnaire. Analysis of research data uses central tendency techniques. The results of the study show that the average score of bullying behavior as a whole is 135.94, which is above (score range 126– 163). The results of the analysis of each aspect of bullying behavior are as follows: Physical Bullying Aspect: an average score of 45.83 is included in the high category (score range 43– 55). Verbal Bullying Aspect: an average score of 48.42 is included in the high category (score range 43–55). Psychological Bullying Aspect: an average score of 45.97 is included in the high category (score range 43–55). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that bullying behavior in class VII E students of State Junior High School 11 Kupang City is in the high category in all aspects studied. Based on the results of the study, the researcher provides suggestions to: a) The Principal as the person in charge of educational activities at State Junior High School 11 Kupang City is expected to support all guidance and counseling programs, especially the Information service program planned by guidance and counseling teachers at school, so that it can help students reduce bullying behavior that often occurs at school. b) Guidance and counseling teachers are expected to improve good cooperation with homeroom teachers and subject teachers, so that together they can help students reduce bullying behavior in the school environment and outside of school. c) Students are expected to be able to participate in information service programs planned and implemented at school so that they can help students to prevent bullying problems that exist in schools so that schools become safe and comfortable places.
