Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the effect of learning time on mathematics learning achievement (2) determine the effect of learning interest on mathematics learning achievement (3) Effect of learning time and learning interest on mathematics learning achievement. This type of research is quantitative research. Statistical analysis techniques with multiple regression methods. The research was conducted at SMPK Santa familia kupang city population in this study were all class VIII A SMPK Santa familia consisting of 3 classes, while the sample in this study was 1 of 3 classes chosen randomly using cluster sampling. The instruments in this study were study time questionnaire and learning interestquestionnaire. The results showed that there was an influence of study time and learning interest on mathematics learning achievement. This can be shown through the results of the analysis where the significant value of 0.024 <0.05 and Fcount = 4.275> Ftable = 3.35. Thus this study shows that learning time and learning interest have an effect on mathematics learning achievement.
