The next results show that the work facilities variable (1.682; sig 0.093) and lecturer competence (1.551; sig 0.122) have an indirect effect on lecturer performance through motivation as an intervening variable. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) states that the ability of lecturer performance variables and work facilities in explaining work motivation variables is 36.4% and lecturer performance is 75.4%. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested to STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang to further improve the indicators of work facilities that have the lowest mean by increasing the availability of teaching facilities for lecturers in each room and increasing research and community service, so that it can affect the performance of institutions.
