Abstract
Based on this background, the research problem was formulated as follows: 1) What is the description of organizational commitment, job satisfaction,supervision, work environment and communication at the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of East Nusa Tenggara Province?; 2)Do have job satisfaction, supervision, work and communication environment have a significant effect on employee organizational commitment at the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of East Nusa Tenggara Province?; 3) Do have supervision, work environment and communication have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of East Nusa Tenggra Province? Descriptive analysis results indicate that the value of the indicator of organizational commitment = 62.65; job satisfaction = 63.65; supervision= 62.65 work invironment = 64.15; communication = 63. With this achievement score, it can be concluded that all variables in the standard decision are quite good. The bootstrapping test result shows that the significance value of job satisfaction = 0,000; supervision = 0.001; work environment = 0.0001 and communication = 0,000. Thus, job satisfaction, supervision, work environment and communication have a significant effect on the variable Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, the significance value of supervision is 0,000; work environment = 0.001; and communication = 0.033 which shows that supervission work environment and communication have a significant effect on job satisfaction variables. Based on the results of the research obtained, it was suggested to the Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of East Nusa Tenggra Province to increase job satisfaction, especially on financial indicators. add computers and printers, and make information sharing a habit within the organization and support employees who carry out information exchange processes.
