Abstract

The performance is an individual’s product within a certain period in doing his duties according to the performance standard and the set and earlier agreed target criteria. This study aims to know the significance of effect of education and training,organizational culture, and motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on the employees’ performance at the Religion Office of Belu Regency. This research is a quantitative research to describe about population in general, the variables’ relationships and hypothesis testing. The data in this study are primary and secondary data. The sample is 33 employees at Religion Office of Belu Regency. The data are collected using a questionnaire and documentation study and then analyzed applying descriptive statistic and inferential statistic that is multiple linear regression. The results of descriptive statistic analysis indicate that education and training are categorized as very good (86.26 %), organizational culture is very good (85.91 %), motivation is good (82.63 %) and employees performance is very good (85.66 %). The results of t test show that partially education and training (6.970, sig. 0.000 < 0.05), organizational culture (8.373, sig. 0.000 < 0.05), and motivation (2.449, sig. 0.021 < 0.05) have a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at the Religion Office of Belu Regency, there fore the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and (H0) is rejected. The results of F test show that the three independent variables education and training, organizational culture and motivation (34.384, sig. 0.000 < 0.05) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at the Religion Office of Belu Regency, therefore the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and (H0) is rejected. Referring to these results, it is recommended that the Religion Office of Belu Regency provides more training so that the performance will be more effective, pays more attention to organizational culture and motivation to enhance employees’ performance at the Religion Office of Belu Regency.
