Using the TAM research model aims to present information about the perceptions of UNWIRA English students on the implementation of cel - WIRA in the speaking course, the data was taken using a questionnaire designed on a google form. After going through the data analysis stage, the results of the study are: For PEOU there are 10(8.8) for SD, 23(20.2%) for D, 58(50.9%) for N, 20(17.5%) for A, and 3(2.6%) for SA; For PU there are 4(3.5%) for SD, 22(19.3%) for D, 48(42.1%) for N, 37(32.5%) for A, and 3(2.6%) for SA; For ATU there are 5(6.6%) for SD, 18(23.7%) for D, 27(35.5%) for N, 21(27.6%) for A, and 5(6.6%) for SA; For BI there are 3(5.3%) for SD, 12(21.0%) for D, 24(42.1%) for N, 17(29.8%) for A, and 1(1.8%) for SA; For AU there are 2(3.5%) for SD, 11(19.3%) for D, 23(40.4%) for N, 17(29.8%) for A, and 4(7.0%) for SA. In addition, there are also an open question about usefulness of cel – WIRA, usefulness of cel – WIRA in speaking course, reason of using, features, and cel – WIRA problems. There are 7 answers cel – WIRA is easy to use, 7 answers cel – WIRA is not easy to use, 5 answers are neutral about convenience, 8 answers are cel – WIRA is useful, 5 answers are useless, 6 answers are neutral about usability, 10 reasons for cel – WIRA is mandatory, 7 reasons cel – WIRA is used to access lectures, 2 unreasonable, 3 easy-to-use features answers; i.e. calendar, chatbox, etc., 2 answers, no features that are easy to use, 14 answers that don't match the question, 17 answers regarding errors and bad connections, low capacity, etc. 2 and 2 the answer to the error lies with the user. In conclusion, the number of neutral greater than agree and disagree; means that English department students of UNWIRA argued that they did not say agree or disagree. From the five variabels we can also conclude that; almost of them argued that cel – WIRA is not easy to use, because there are many things that we can not do or we can not access through cel – WIRA and the errors usually occurs during its use; this is supported by additional information in the five open- questions.
