Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of information technology, work environment, work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at LPP TVRI NTT Station with social support as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative survey research. The population and sample in this research were all employees at LPP TVRI NTT Station, totaling 61 people. The types of data in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis with SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using Smart PLS 3.2.8 software. The results of the descriptive analysis show that information technology,work environment,work motivation, organizational citizenship behavior,social support and employee performance of LPP TVRI NTT Station are "Good". The results of inferential statistical analysis show that information technology variables have a significant effect on employee performance,work environment variables have no significant effect on employee performance variables, work motivation variables have a significant effect on employee performance variables and Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables have no significant effect on employee performance variables. The results of the moderation test show that social support is able to moderate the influence of information technology on employee performance, social support does not moderate the effect of the work environment on employee performance, social support moderates the influence of motivation on employee performance and social support moderates the influence of motivation on employee performance.
