Abstract

This research was written by Gaudensius Gregorius Geli (3111611) Development Studies Program Faculty of Economics and Business under the guidance of supervisor lecturer I Br. Salomon Leki, SE, M.Ec.Dev and supervisor II Mr. Adrianus Ketmoen, SE. MM with the research title "Analysis of the Use of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Functions to Improve Customer Service at Bank BRI (PERSERO) Tbk, in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara". This research uses quantitative data, a type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanation expressed in numbers or in the form of numbers. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with a significant level of 10%. There are 100 samples in this study analyzed by PartialLeast Square (PLS) using three components, namely. 1) Structural Model (Inner Model), 2) Measurement Model (Measurement / Outer Model), 3) Weighting Scheme. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the extent of the influence of trust in the use of ATMs on customers of Bank BRI Kupang Main Branch. 2) To find out the extent of the effect of effectiveness on the use of ATMs for customers of BRI Bank Kupang Main Branch 3) To determine the extent of the risk of using the ATM for customers of Bank BRI Kupang Main Branch. The results obtained: Trust, Usability and Risk have a positive and significant effect on ATM utilization.
