Abstract

This research used quantitative methods and the number of samples in the study was 42 (forty two) people. Data collection techniques were questionnaires, observation and documentation studies. Data collection tools in this study were a list of questions, interview guidelines, and documents. The data analysis technique used Descriptive Statistical Analysis with statistical test tools using a variant-based structural equation test or Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS 3.0 Software. The results showed that compensation had a negative and insignificant effect on motivation, competence had a positive and significant effect on work motivation, and workload had a positive and significant effect on motivation. Compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PKH Facilitators, competence had a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of PKH Facilitators, workload had a negative and significant effect on the performance of PKH Facilitators and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PKH Facilitators. The effect of compensation on the performance of the Facilitator through motivation as an intervening variable had a negative and insignificant effect, competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the PKH Facilitator through motivation as the intervening variable and workload had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the PKH Facilitator through motivation as the intervening variable.
