Abstract

The population in this study was BPPPD employees, both civil servants and non-civil servants, totaling 49 employees. The research sample was taken using the Non probability Sampling technique, one of which was a total sampling of 49 employees. Data were collected using a questionnaire, analyzed using descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics using the SEM-PLS program for windows version 3.2.9. The results of descriptive statistical analysis show that the work environment variable is in the Good category (74.44), Competence is also in the Good category (75.07), Information technology is in the Good category (79.67), motivation is in the Good category (77 .51) and the performance variable is in the Good category (74.94). So the decision is that the first hypothesis is accepted. The results of inferential statistical analysis show that motivation has a significant effect on performance, work environment has no significant effect on performance, work environment has a significant effect on motivation, competence has a significant effect on performance, competence has a significant effect on motivation, information technology has no significant effect on performance, and information technology significant effect on motivation. The rejected hypothesis is the work environment variable on the performance and the information technology variable on the performance. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested to the management of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of East Flores Regency to increase work motivation, both encouragement from the leadership and employee work motivation in utilizing information technology available at BPPPPD East Flores Regency and increasing employee competence by conducting leadership training.
