Abstract

So'e Gardena shop founded in 1983 , this store business water tank to overcome water shortages in the So'e city and surrounding. But over time, the water tank business is increasingly flourishing, causing problems in this business . The problems faced Stores So'e Gardena is the high level of business competition water tank, and the impact on the lack of water reservation tank . Other than that, the proximity between the customer and the driver is closer than the manager to trigger the occurrence of fraud committed by the driver. As for the other problems facing the manager is given the slow response to the customer's managers and led to the cancellation of the booking 's water tank . This research using a waterfall method for the development of software engineering. Where in this method there are five stages. that is of analysis, design , implementation, testing , and maintenance. The system is designed to use the PHP programming language and design using Macromedia Dreamweaver cs8 and MySQL as data storage . Results from this study is an application that can help managers to respond to the SMS from the customer automatically, and features a broadcast SMS as a medium of information dissemination, and has a feature comparison of transaction history as customer orders each month.
