Abstract

Unisono singing is singing together using one voice. In singing Unisono the things that must be trained are breathing techniques and vocal techniques about frasering. The main thing in this writing is how to improve the vocalphrasing technique for Barada Junior High School students with the song "Menheningkan Cipta". This researcher is qualitative with field action research methods. The process of activities carried out in several stages where the researcher collected the students of SMP Negeri Barada, then continued with the second meeting stage, namely the researcher explained the material until the final stage, namely the overall staging process. The results of this study indicate that during the study, complaints were obtained from several members, there were members who were already proficient in singing the song "Menhening Cipta" using a predetermined phrasering technique, and there were still some people who were not proficient in singing the song's sentences according to the frasering technique. in the song “Menhening Cipta” but all of them can be handled well by the researchers. All stages of the exercise are carried out repeatedly until all members of the Unisono singer can understand and memorize how to sing the song "Menhening Cipta" using the Framing Technique properly. The results of data analysis showed that members of the Unisono singer were able to master and sing the entire Vocal Framing Technique of Menheningan Cipta Song quite well as expected, although not perfect.
