Abstract

One of the accuracy of the tempo in singing is the accuracy of Marcia's tempo. Marcia's tempo is a measure of the speed in the bars of the song or the speed of people marching. The main problems in this study are: How to increase the accuracy of Marcia's tempo in the song Indonesia Raya through the drill method for students interested in the choir of SMPK Ndoso, West Manggarai district. The purpose of this study was to determine the use of Marcia's tempo accuracy through the drill method on students of interest in the choir of SMPK Ndoso, West Manggarai district. observation. The results showed that efforts to increase the accuracy of the tempo of marcia in the song Indonesia Raya through the drill method for students interested in the choir of SMPK Ndoso, West Manggarai district. This research was conducted for 9 meetings. At the first meeting until the 9th meeting, the researchers greeted and gave appreciation to the research subjects and explained the material about Accuracy Marcia’s Tempo, warmed up vocals and gave examples of how to sing the Indonesian Raya song properly and correctly. staging as well as taking a video of the song Indonesia Raya in its entirety. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described previously, it can be concluded that efforts to introduce how to sing the anthem Indonesia Raya by increasing the accuracy of Marcia's tempo through the drill method to students interested in the choir of SMPK Ndoso, West Manggarai Regency, were carried out in 3 stages, namely the initial stage, stage, core stage and final stage.
