Abstract

A common problem in this research is "How Application of Learning Model Topic Direct Measurement of Students In Class VIIB SMP Adhyaksa 2 Kupang In Academic Year 2015/2016"? Detailed formulation of the problem in this research are: 1) How is the teacher's ability to manage the learning activities by implementing a Learning Model Direct measurement of the subject matter to students grade VIIB SMP Adhyaksa 2 Kupang in academic year 2015/2016? 2) How completeness Learning Outcome Indicators (LOI) learners in learning the subject matter of measurement by applying the Learning Model Direct learners grade VIIB SMP Adhyaksa 2 Kupang in academic year 2015/2016? 3) How does the study of students in learning by applying the Learning Model Direct measurement of the subject matter to students class VIIB SMP Adhyaksa 2 Kupang in academic year 2015/2016? 4) How is the response of students to the learning activities by applying the Direct Learning Model to improve the learning outcomes of the subject matter of measurement learners class VIIB SMP Adhyaksa 2 Kupang in academic year 2015/2016? The general objective of this research is "Describe the results of the implementation of direct teaching model Measurements on the subject matter students of class VII B SMP Adhyaksa 2 Kupang in school Year 2015/2016. In detail can be described as follows: (1) Describe the teacher's ability to manage learning by applying the learning model Direct (2) Describe the completeness indicator of student learning outcomes by implementing learning model Direct (3) Describe the thoroughness of the study of students by implementing a learning model Direct (4) Describe the response of students to the implementation of learning by applying direct instructional model. Subjects in this study were students of class VII B SMP Adhyaksa 2 Kupang in Academic Year 2015/2016 totaling 29 peoples. Data collection techniques used were observation, test and questionnaire. While the instruments used are (1) The observation of the management of learning by applying direct instructional model in the subject matter of measurement (2) Grating Test Learning Outcomes of Students (THB) products (3) Test Results Learning (product, affective, psychomotor), (4) The stuffing response to the implementation of learning learners Jump. Observational data in the management of direct learning and achievement test were analyzed descriptively. Research data analysis techniques are used which include calculation of average scores, proportions and percentages. From the data analysis showed that the results of the application of direct instructional model in the subject matter is a good measurement. In detail can be described: (1) The ability of teachers to manage direct instruction in the subject matter is a good measurement at the planning, implementation and evaluation stages of learning with an average score of 4.00, 3.91 and 4.00 in both categories. (2) Complete indicator learning outcomes of students in learning activities with the proportion of the seven indicators of learning outcomes Yag prepared everything thoroughly with the average proportion of ≥ 75%, reaching 80%. Mastery of learning outcomes indicators 0.86 product. (3) The results of learners by applying direct learning model is complete. The average level of achievement for achievement test products 0.80 (4) The response of students to the implementation of learning in the subject matter of measurement by applying direct learning model is very good with an average percentage of 91.71 and has a keen interest to follow activity learning process. Advice can be given include: 1) As a teacher needs more to know the teacher's ability to manage learning, learning models, strategies and appropriate methods so as to realize a good learning and inspiring learners. 2) For schools, need to create a variety of learning methods so as to enable the learners. 3) In applying the model of direct learning, teachers need to master the material well in order to be able to demonstrate knowledge or skills are good and right. 4) For the teacher science subjects of physics to apply direct instructional model in the subject matter of measurement so that learners can learn procedural and declarative knowledge as well. By looking at the results, the research by applying direct learning model can be applied in learning activities in the classroom and adapted to the characteristics of the material. Teachers need to master in applying this model and considering the time management so that all developed well.
