Abstract
The aims of this research is to determine the performance of public service and one-stop service in East Nusa Tenggara Timur. To achieve these study, the research used collection techniques through interview, and documentation was obtained from research result descriptive qualitative data. The research result show that : (1) The percentage of licensing achievements for six years, 2013 to 2018 is 151,13% and the percentage of invesment achievements over the past six years, from 2013 to 2018 is 117,62%. (2) the performance of employees in the public service at the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Investment and One-Stop service office has shown results which can be assessed based on the criteria of achievement, expertise, behavior, and leadership, (3) Supporting factors for employee performance in public services at the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Investment and One-Stop Service Office are (a) having a clean, neat, and comfortable office, (b) having employees who are proficient at operating computers, (c) having leaders who are firm and disciplined and always give enthusiasm, direction, and support to employees. inhbiting factors for employee performance in public service, which consists of internal factors including (a) Facilitates and infrastructure that are inadequate, (b) not all employees apply time discipline, while external factors include (a) people do not complete the files in the permi process, (b) people who tend to be impatient at the time of service.
