Abstract

Students learn critical success is the creativity of educators in applying the learning model that encourages students to develop all the existing potential padanya. The learning model that makes Learners active and interactive way of learning is learning model Discovery Learning is learning model that directs Students to understand the concepts, meanings, and relationships, through an intuitive process to finally come to a conclusion. The main problem in this research is How the Results Application Of Model Discovery Learning With The Main Materials Of Calor And The Movement On The Learners In The Class VII B Smp Negeri 1 Kupang Tengah Odd Semester Of The School Academic Year 2016/2017? Specifically emphasis on (1) How Educators ability to apply the model of Discovery Learning With The Main materials of calor and the movement? (2) How completeness indicators of learning outcomes by applying Discovery Learning Model Main With The Main materials of Calor And The Movement? (3) How completeness learning outcomes by applying Discovery Learning Model With The Main Materials of Calor And The Movement? (4) How is the response of students to learning by applying Discovery Learning Model With The Main Materials of Calor And The Movement? The purpose of this study is (1) to describe the teacher's ability to manage learning by applying the Learning Discovery Learning Model With The Main Materials of Calor And The Movement (2) Describe the completeness indicator learning outcomes by applying Discovery Learning Learning With The Main Materials of Calor And The Movement (3) Describe the thoroughness of learning outcomes by applying Discovery Learning Model With The Main Materials of Calor And The Movement (4) Describe the response of students to learning by applying Discovery Learning Model With The Main Materials of Calor And The Movement. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Subjects were educators Integrated Science subjects (Researcher) and VIIB grade students of SMP N 1 Central Kupang in the school year 2016/2017 amounting to 24 people. Learning Tool used in this study is the Syllabus, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), Bahan Ajar Peserta Didik (BAPD), Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) instrument in this study is a sheet of observation management of the implementation of learning, achievement test and questionnaire responses learners, while data collecting technique in this research is the observation, test and questionnaire and data analysis techniques used in this research was quantitative descriptive analysis include the ability of educators to manage learning, completeness indicator (cognitive, affective and psychomotor), learning outcomes learners (cognitive, affective, and psychomotor) and the response of students to learning. From the results of quantitative descriptive analysis showed that the ability of educators to manage learning that applying the learning model Discovery Learning is good with an average score of aspects namely: Lesson Planning is 3.74; Learning Implementation 3.65; The results of evaluation of learning 3.86. Indicators of the cognitive learning, affective and psychomotor everything is completed with an average proportion of 0.84, 0.84, 0.93, and learning outcomes of students cognitive, affective and psychomotor everything is completed with an average proportion of 0.85, 0.82, 0.93. Average aspect of the response of learners in the learning process very well categorized by the average percentage of 85.20%. It can be concluded that the application of Models Discovery Learning is applied to the subject matter on the Calor and The Movement On the Learners in the class VIIB of SMP Negeri 1 Kupang Tengah is optimal.
