Abstract
This study aims to (1) determine the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Lewobunga Village, Adonara Timur District, East Flores Regency (2) and to determine the Role of the Family Hope Program in improving the economy of the poor in Lewobunga Village, East Adonara District, East Flores Regency. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a cash disbursement program for Very Poor Households based on predetermined terms and conditions. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The informants were the Village Head, PKH Facilitators and PKH Beneficiaries with a total of 15 people. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results showed that (1) the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Lewobunga Village, East Adonara District, East Flores Regency went very well. This can be seen from all activities in the implementation of the policy that can be carried out properly and are right on target. (2) The role of the Family Hope Program is very helpful in improving the economy of the poor in Lewobunga Village, East Adonara District, East Flores Regency. Suggestions from this study are (1) The companion team or officers of the Family Hope Program (PKH) need to supervise and understand the Beneficiary Families (KPM) so that the funds received from the Family Hope Program (PKH) can be used according to the provisions of the Family Hope Program (PKH) ), both for improving the quality of education and health for participants of the Family Hope Program (PKH). (2) The accompanying team or officers of the Family Hope Program (PKH) must see directly to families receiving the Family Hope Program (PKH) who no longer meet the requirements as PKH members so that their names are removed and the program is transferred again to families in need.
