Abstract
The title of this thesis is the honesty profile of students of class XI Social 3 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat and its implications for personal guidance programs. Problem formulation 1) What is the honesty profile of students in class XI Social 3 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat, academic year 2021/2022? 2) What are the implications of the honesty profile of students of class XI Social 3 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat, academic year 2021/2022 for the personal tutoring program? The purpose of this study was to determine, 1) the honesty profile of students in class XI Social 3 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat, the academic year 2021/2022. 2) the implications of the honesty profile of students of class XI Social 3 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat, academic year 2021/2022 for personal guidance programs. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is central trend analysis. The population and sample are students of class XI Social 2 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat for the academic year 2021/2022 with 26 students as respondents and class XI Social 3 students with 24 students as respondents. The results of the analysis of research data show that the honesty of students in class XI Social 3 SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat for the academic year 2021/2022 with an average score of 191.21 is in the score range of 150-194 so that students' honesty is in the good category. The results of the analysis of each aspect show that the aspect of not pretending with a score of 38 in the range of 30-38 is in the good category, the aspect of not telling lies with a score of 38 in the range of 30-38 is in the good category, the aspect of not deceiving yourself with a score of 39.38 being in the range of 39-48 belonging to the very good category, the aspect of being able to carry out trust or trust with a score of 21.24 being in the range of scores of 21-29 belonging to the fairly good category and the aspect of not taking other people's property with a score of 40.13 is in the range 39-48 classified in the very good category. According to the results of the study, the researchers gave suggestions to a) the principal as the person in charge of educational activities at SMA Negeri 2 Tasifeto Barat is expected to support all planned guidance activities at the school, so that the implementation of personal guidance programs can be implemented and can help students to know more about honesty in schools. school. b) BK teachers are expected to increase cooperation with homeroom teachers and subject teachers so that they can help students to maintain honest habits in daily interactions both at school and outside school. c) Students are expected to be able to follow personal guidance programs that are planned and implemented in schools so that they can help students to improve their honest nature in relationships at school.
