Abstract
This study uses Quantitative Data, the type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanations expressed in numbers or in the form of numbers. The data source used in this study is Secondary Data, which is research data obtained by researchers indirectly through intermediary media or obtained and recorded by other parties. The sample used in this study is the target, realization, effectiveness, PAD contribution from the Kupang City Terminal from 2017-2021 which is then calculated based on the effectiveness and contribution formula. The results of the study obtained: The level of effectiveness of Terminal fees in Kupang City in 2017-2021 is very fluctuating. because it can be said that the highest level of effectiveness was in 2018 with an effectiveness rate of 92.76%. Meanwhile, the lowest level of effectiveness was found in 2019 with an effectiveness rate of 36.00%. The contribution of terminal fees to the 2017-2021 Regional Original Revenue of Kupang City experienced a fluctuation. The lowest contribution occurred in 2019 with a total percentage of 0.21%. The highest special parking levy contribution was in 2018 with a percentage of 0.54%. With the results of this study, it is suggested to the regional government of Kupang City, in this case the Kupang City Transportation Service, to always supervise the collection of terminal fees so that they can increase the City's Local Own Revenue (PAD).
