Abstract

Clinic is one of public service institutions in the field of health, fast and efficient service is very important for clinical work system. Still many clinics in the city where the patient data collection process still involves a manual process. This makes the work of the clinic system does not work effectively and efficiently. Needs to be made a patient information system data processing system that can help the process of clinical work. Several advantages can be obtained with the development of Information Systems (IS) is. Gains derived among others: working time becomes shorter, the data stored easily found for certain interests and easier to use. This information system is created using the programming language PHP and uses a MySQL database. With the construction of this system, patient data collection process can be done with a computerized system with data stored in a database so as to facilitate the processing of data that can be used to help performance clinic.
