Abstract

This research was written by Reinaldus Polsan Ludo with registration number 31116123 under the guidance of Br.Salomon Leki, SE.,M.Ec.Dev, as supervisor I and Mrs. Enike Tje Yustin Dima, SE., ME as supervisor II with the research title "Analysis Management of Village Funds for Community Empowerment in Kajong Village, Reok Barat District, Manggarai Regency”. Village funds are APBN funds that are transferred through the Regency/City APBD and are prioritized for the implementation of development and empowerment of rural communities. Based on the evaluation results of three years of implementation, village funds have proven to have produced facilities/infrastructure that are beneficial to the community. In addition, the village also has the opportunity to develop the community's economy, through training and marketing of community crafts, the development of livestock and fisheries businesses, and the development of tourist areas through BUMDes (village-owned enterprises). Kajong Village, West Reok District, Manggarai Regency is an area that is greatly helped by the Village Fund. The research method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The basis of the researcher using a qualitative approach is that the researcher wants to know in depth about the Management of Village Funds for Community Empowerment in Kajong Village, Reok Barat District, Manggarai Regency. The Village Fund brings positive benefits to the welfare of the people of Kajong Village. evidenced by the improvement of infrastructure and community empowerment. The agricultural sector is one of the most significant examples of its success, so that it is able to improve the economy in Kajong Village, West Reok District, Manggarai Regency.
