Abstract
Department of Public Housing and East Nusa Tenggara Province Settlement Area (NTT) Is one of the agencies engaged in residential infrastructure and residential areas in NTT, Where employees play a major role in their service to the community. Performance appraisal activities of the Employee on Department of Public Housing and Settlement Area is done by 2 times a year. However, the department of Public Housing and East Nusa Tenggara Province Settlement Area is a newly formed institution so there has not been a supportive system in the process of achieving employee appraisal and also the unavailability of a system that will document employee performance appraisal. Decision Support System is a alternative one who used to support the decision making of the determine of a achieving employee appraisal. It has be done with the Multifactor Evaluation Process method. By emphasizing the use of an objective scoring system will provide an appropriate assessment result. The building of this software use Basic programming language and Microsoft Access 2007 be its database. The system to be built aims to accelerate the decision making process of achievers at Department of Public Housing and East Nusa Tenggara Province Settlement Area and its assessment can be stored well from year to year to see changes in employee performance.
