Abstract

Labuan Bajo is a growing tourism city. The hotel is a place provided for guests as lodging facilities. Labuan Bajo City has dozens of hotels with various types of room rental prices, hotel facilities, hotel class and hotel location, hotel services and hotel convenience. Tourists who want to visit Labuan Bajo have difficulty in choosing a hotel and to help prospective guests in choosing the hotel that suits their wishes, a decision support system is needed. With the decision support system, visitors can determine the hotel according to the wishes of prospective stayers. Prospective stayers enter the desired criteria such as room rental prices, hotel facilities, hotel class and hotel location, hotel services and hotel comfort then the system will select hotel data with the consideration criteria that have been entered. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is the method used in this study. The SAW method finds the total weighted performance score for each alternative across all attributes. The results obtained in this study are a hotel selection decision support systems that can help travelers determine the desired hotel.
