Abstract
The research entitled "The Influence of Leadership Style, Conflict Management and Teamwork on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Moderation at the Land Transportation Management Center Region XIII of NTT Province" is written by Santo Igno Gelu, NIM 811211052, supervised by Dr. Simon Sia Niha, SE, M.Si and Dr. Henny A. Manafe, SE, MM The Land Transportation Management Center for Region XIII of NTT Province has set targets that must be achieved. Of the total 10 activities, only 5 activities achieved 100% realization, an indication of declining employee performance. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1) What is the description of leadership style, conflict management, teamwork, job satisfaction and employee performance in BPTD Region XIII NTT Province? 2) Does leadership style affect the performance of BPTD Region XIII NTT Province employees? 3) Does conflict management affect the performance of BPTD Region XIII employees of NTT Province? 4) Does teamwork affect the performance of BPTD Region XIII NTT Province employees? 5) Does job satisfaction affect the performance of BPTD Region XIII employees of NTT Province? 6) Does job satisfaction moderate the influence of leadership style on the performance of BPTD Region XIII NTT Province employees? 7) Does job satisfaction moderate the effect of conflict management on the performance of BPTD Region XIII employees of NTT Province? 8) Does job satisfaction moderate the effect of teamwork on the performance of BPTD Region XIII office employees of NTT Province? The data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using the SmartPLS application Version 3.3.2. The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that Leadership Style (80.63%), Conflict Management (78.96%), Teamwork (81.08%), job satisfaction (81.22%) and employee performance (81.33%) at the BPTD Office Region XIII of NTT Province were included in the good category. Based on the results of the research obtained, it can be suggested to the management of BPTD Office Region XIII of NTT Province to improve Leadership Style, especially on instructive indicators, improve conflict management, especially on obligation indicators, increase teamwork, especially on indicators of clarity of purpose, increase job satisfaction, especially on labor relations indicators and improve employee performance, especially on quality indicators.
