Abstract

The Biudukfoho village office has many village assets and inventories which are used for the village government service process to the community. The inventory includes: chairs, tables, cupboards, laptops, motorbikes, tents, milling machines, grass cutting machines, pesticide spray tanks, digital cameras, land, village office buildings, posyandu buildings, cellphones (HP) and so on. So far, the borrowing process has been carried out conventionally, resulting in problems such as rental costs, equipment orders, equipment loan reports. To overcome this problem, a Web-Based Inventory Loan Application was created. The software development model uses a waterfall model. This system is web-based and implemented using the PHP programming language, and for the database it uses MySQL. The result of this research is an application that helps the community and village offices in carrying out loans and managing data, and producing inventory loan reports in document form.
